The organization's purpose is literary and educational, and is to inform and educate about poetry and literature and the arts through its activities, including without limitation the publication of books and magazines, production of podcasts concerning poetry and literature by poets, authors, and artists, conducting readings and public events, and other activities in furtherance of these purposes.
