Manifestworks is a workforce development organization geared toward de-marginalizing our participants and giving them tools for success in film, television, and new media production. They start with a 12-week job training program that builds on a fully immersive learning model, hands-on doing, making, creating, that gives the participants the life skills they need to develop a work ethic, puts them in the mix with industry professionals and mentors, and teaches networking skills.the hands-on, practical focus sparks enthusiasm and engagement, and although we'll teach our students about every facet of the film business. And more importantly, how to network like a pro. The life skills we impart will serve them no matter what career path they choose to follow.
