The SSCRA purposes are:a) To promote the most advanced methods of sustainable, resilient Community development;b) To promote the most advanced group management processes;c) To promote cooperative development of climate resilient and fire adapted communities;d) To establish local Community programs that enact these purposes;e) To build partnerships to pursue these purposes.
