1.operate a safe, readily identifiable and easily accessible faciltiy for the Youth of Leavenworth, ft Leavenworth, and Leavenworth county to gather under appropriate adult supervicion for age appropriate activities. 2. Provide activities that will focus on improving the social, cultural, and educational skills of Youth. 3. Strengthen the family unit by improving communications between Youth and adults. 4. Eliminate discrimination. 5. Provide opportunities for adult mentoring and counseling which will address the issues of low self-esteem amoung Youth.
