To promote, encourage and create businesses for the Community of agra, ks, including purchasing, erecting, equipping or operating businesses determined to be vital to the survival or Improvement of the Community; to promote jobs that encourage employment in the city of agra; to make suitable housing available for those residents of the city of agra; to encourage or make additional and/or improved public facilities available to the public; and such other lawful activities as may be properly undertaken by the corporation.
