This organization was formed to work with the city of San Jose and the citizenry of the Northside Neighborhood in the redevelopment of north central San Jose to benefit all the residents in the area. It specifically strives to help develop and improve economic and housing opportunities for the many low income residents in the area while preserving the economic, ethnic and social diversity of the Neighborhood, in addition to providing economic opportunities and the best quality of life for all residents.
