Nccbor: provides services, tools, education, and programs to improve members' ability to serve their clients with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and expertise. Works collaboratively to ensure its members are able to conduct business within a framework of fair and reasonable laws and government regulations. Creates understanding among the residents of New Castle County as to the important benefits of working with a realtor. Creates opportunities to develop positive, productive relationships among the members.
