Midland Cemetery Association

To establish and maintain a Cemetery for the burial of the dead at and near Midland in said state and county and to purchase the necessary land and subdivide it into lots to sell and dispose of said lots to any and all persons upon such terms as the directors of said association may see fit. Subject to by-laws of said association and to enclose said land and to improve it in such manner as may seem best.
