Viability Inc

Viability, inc. is a community-based not-for-profit agency offering a network of services connecting individual strengths and goals with skill-building; employment options including job training, support, and placement; education and community living. We serve 4,300+ individuals with disabilities and disadvantages annually, across much of Massachusetts, and in parts of connecticut, New York, oklahoma, and rhode island. With intentional supports, opportunity, and communities of connection, that draw from the choices, goals, capabilities and spirit of each individual, our members thrive beyond limits. Viability, inc. works with 500+ employer-partner sites to meet their workforce needs by employing individuals with disabilities. The results are communities of inclusion and connection where everyone thrives. Viability, inc. is accredited by carf and clubhouse international and certified by ma developmental disability services (dds) and the Massachusetts division of medical assistance.
