U-F Property Inc

U f Property corp is a title holding company, organized under section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code. It holds interest in real Property gifted to United Jewish appeal-federation of Jewish philanthropies of New York, inc. (uja-federation of New York), its tax exempt parent corporation. Upon eventual sale, proceeds are remitted to uja-federation of New York in furtherance of uja-federation of New York's charitable purposes.
