Virginia Council of Teachers of Mathematics

Provide professional development for Teachers and administrators; provide communication among Teachers and local organizations across the state; provide leadership and guidance related to the state standards of learning, and effective Mathematics instruction for all grades, k through college; provide grants to local affiliates and to Teachers to assist them in attending conferences or develop activities for the classroom; provide enriching and challenging activities for students and Teachers to promote the enjoyment and appreciation of Mathematics.
