Southcentral Workforce Investment Board

Scwib provides Workforce development opportunities and resources in an eight-county region of south central Pennsylvania. The scwib oversees six pa careerlink offices for job seekers and employers as defined in the federal Workforce innovative opportunity act. The scwib focuses on contracting with programs that enable employers, dislocated workers, earn participants, unemployed individuals, and youth to attain the job skill competence required by employers.
