Practicing Foresters Institute

The Practicing Foresters institute (PFI) is a nonprofit organization operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes for the benefit of Practicing Foresters. These continuing educational efforts further promote the delivery of professional forestry services to the benefit of the general public. Mission: offer educational information and opportunities to Practicing Foresters. Vision: provide better public understanding of the multiple benefits provided by America's forests and the realization that these values can best be achieved through professional Foresters assisting private landowners actively manage their timberlands to meet their goals and expectations.
