Federated Garden CLUBS of Maryland Inc

The organization coordinates the interests of Garden CLUBS in the state of Maryland and aids in the protection of trees, shrubs, wildflowers, and birds, and encourages horticulture and conservation practices in home, community and state. The organization aids in the education of the public, in the creation of civic beauty, and works for the improvement and protection of roadsides and parks, it furthers the education of the state youth in horticulture and conservation through scholarships and cooperative promotion. It also endeavors to advance the standards in landscape design and flower show practices.
