ABC Television Affiliates Association Kcau TV

The purposes and objectives of the association are: a) to create, foster and maintain by lawful and proper means an organization for the mutual advancement and welfare of those Television member stations affiliated with the ABC Television network; b) to inform, counsel and advise the ABC Television network by lawful and proper means with respect to the problems and concerns of member Television stations affiliated with the ABC Television network; c) to promote, foster and preserve in the public interest, good and lawful practices of the Television industry; d) to represent and advocate before administrative, executive, legislative and judicial branches of federal, state and local governments the views and interests of member Television stations affiliated with the ABC Television network; and e) to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized and maintained under the laws of the District Of Columbia. The primary exempt purpose is probably best
