To plan and coordinate systems of services which help older americans, those with disabilities regardless of age and caregivers, maintain their independence through a variety of programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, access services, caregivers, in-home services, housing/long-term care facilities services, legal services, guardianship program, financial services, health-related services, volunteer programs, recreation/education programs, and nutrition services including providing congregate nutrition sites.
