Pretrial Justice Institute

To promote research and development, the exchange of ideas and issues, and professional competence in the field of criminal Justice to include, but not be limited to, the areas of Pretrial services, diversion, incarceration population, and risk assessment, to advocate for the establishment of responsible laws and agencies to provide such services, to provide a regular means of communication among such agencies, to provide research and studies in such areas of Justice, and to develop and implement training materials and techniques for those engaged in delivering such services.
