SCOTT KEY center provides creative and meaningful employment for employees with developmental disabilities within frederick county, maryland. The center strives to empower adults with developmental disabilities to be included and valued as members of a community. The center accomplishes this through respecting the dignity, ideas and opinions of those we serve; upholding high standards of conduct and moral character; empowering through training and support to make decisions affecting self-worth; and using teamwork to achieve goals. The center's ultimate goal is to assist the individuals we serve to progress toward maximum independence and community inclusion.
