Home Educators Association of Virginia

HEAV operates from a biblical worldview and 1) provides encouragement, support and information to parents and support group leaders on home education, the Virginia law, pending legislation and court cases; 2) works to protect the constitutional rights of parents to teach their children at home through legislative initiatives and contact with the legislators; and 3) informs the public, Educators, and legislators on the benefits and constitutionality of home education.
