FBI Quantico Recreation Association

According to the Association's constitution: "The purpose of the Association shall be to promote and encourage athletic, social, and welfare activities among members thereof. That these activities may be achieved, the Association shall sponsor and encourage athletic, recreational, and welfare activities, provide recreational equipment and materials not available through appropriated funds, and other entertainment outlets as approved by the Board of Directors."
