Gakko Hojin Tokai Daigaku

Tokai university educational system, also known as Gakko Hojin Tokai Daigaku ("tes"), mission is to promote and provide an internationally oriented education that will result in a peaceful world. This mission is based upon the belief that education nurtures the development of ethical global citizens who are technologically capable, protective of the environment and respectfulof the harmony that exists in nature. In furtherance of this mission, tes has overseen the establishment of overseas centers to promote internationally oriented education, including hawaii Tokai international college ("htic"), a hawaii nonprofit corporation. In 1992, htic began operations at Tokai university Pacific center ("tupc").
