United States Telecom Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to develop educational programs for the public relating to broadband and related technology. It develops programs to explain and increase the public's access to technical and other material on broadband. It can also fund research, scholarships, grants and seminar programs that enhance the public's interest and educate them in communications technology and related fields.
