Tidalhealth Foundation Inc

Organized exclusively for charitable, educational, medical and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes the making of distributions to Tidalhealth peninsula regional and Tidalhealth nanticoke, not-for-profit, non-stock organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. More specifically, but not exclusively, its purpose shall include: the raising of contributions, gifts, bequests and other distributions for the benefit of Tidalhealth peninsula regional and Tidalhealth nanticoke.
