Howard County Police Foundation Inc

The foundation works with the Police department and community to develop innovative programs, publicize services and fund projects not otherwise possible under the County budget. The foundation allows the Police department to attain the "leading edge of excellence" rarely reached through traditional government support. It stimulates creativity and imagination in policing by providing the often elusive "seed money" for worthy projects and by facilitating the direct transfer of business expertise to the management of law enforcement.
