Since 1997, new Solutions has supported the critical missions and temporary project needs of federal agencies, across the United States. As a National nonprofit active in all 50 States, new Solutions offers high-quality, merit-based project support opportunities to workers ages 55+. Experienced workers, known as "enrollees," provide cost-effective, mission critical support without performing inherently governmental work, achieving agency initiatives efficiently and effectively. By leveraging the expertise of Experienced professionals, new Solutions enhances the capability and capacity of federal agencies within existing appropriations. New Solutions offers dynamic and responsive federal agency support, on an as needed basis, allowing for quick adjustments during temporary work gaps and on specialized projects, without long-term commitments from an agency. This flexibility ensures an agency can efficiently address mission critical needs, such as emergency response programs.
