Provides emergency financial assistance and items to meet basic needs for those experiencing an unexpected crisis while already living in poverty to: prevent evictions, prevent disconnection of utilities or reconnect utility services, provide food and clothing, meet urgent medical needs, provide assistance to secure or maintain employment, provide crucial transportation, assist children transitioning from homes into foster care, and to provide items to meet basic needs for infants and children, families in crisis, those who are homeless, and vulnerable adults.
