Geist Lake Coalition Inc

The Geist Lake Coalition shall promote and foster the safe and responsible recreational use of Geist Lake by all constituencies and the preservation and improvement of land values and quality of life for all Geist Lake neighborhood residents through responsible stewardship of Geist Lake's resources, by, for example, (I) providing funding for boating safety, water quailty, and community improvement initiatives, (ii) preparing, distributing, and providing access to educational materials or otherwise familiarizing members of the public with issues and problems affecting Geist Lake and the surrounding areas, (iii) providing groups, forums, panels, lectures, or similar programs for public discussion of topics concerning Geist Lake and the surrounding areas, (iv) studying or promoting a better understanding of issues concerning Geist Lake, including but not limited to conducting or sponsoring research relating to boating safety issues, water quality issues, and other issues, etc.
