Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, inc. (grand chapter) is a nonprofit membership organization founded in 1913 to promote sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action. The grand chapter provides leadership, advocacy, and community programs aligned with its five point programmatic thrusts: (1) economic development, (2) educational development, (3) international awareness and involvement, (4) physical and mental health, and (5) political awareness and involvement. During 2024, the grand chapter hosted seven regional conferences, supported over 900 active local chapters, awarded scholarships, facilitated public-service program initiatives, and provided civic-education and wellness programming across the United States and abroad.
