The National Asphalt Pavement association inc. is the only trade association that exclusively represents the interests of the Asphalt producer and paving contractor on the National level with congress, government agencies, and other National trade and business organizations.National Asphalt Pavement association, inc. supports an active researchprogram designed to answer questions about environmental issues and toimprove the quality of hma pavements and paving techniques used in theconstruction of roads, streets, highways, parking lots, airports, andenvironmental and recreational facilities. The association providestechnical, educational, and marketing materials and information to itsmembers, and supplies technical information to users and specifiers ofpaving materials.
