Lions Club of Montclair Charities Inc

The Montclair Lions Club was started in 1979. The membership of the club has been dedicated to supporting the motto of Lions International LCI We Serve. All of our members volunteer their time and talents to help those less fortunate. We do this with a focus on serving our local community but when need is great we have extended beyond our local community. We hold multiple fundraisers by selling White House Ornaments and hold tournaments and poster contests Bland music contests. We perform eye screenings in our local schools and in turn pay for eye exams and glasses for the schools age children. This past year we processed 54 eye glasses requests. As expenses we purchase food items at the tournaments and have expenses that are taxed. All of the funds are distributed to multiple charitable organizations as listed in Schedule O.
