Hampton Community Development Corporation

The mission of the Hampton Community Development corporation is to enhance the quality of life in the city of Hampton, Virginia, initially focusing its activities in the phoebus Community. HCDC will develop and implement a plan of revitalization for phoebus, in concert with Hampton university, the Hampton university business assistance center, residents of the phoebus Community, the business Community, and the public sector for property rehabilitation to provide housing and housing opportunities for low and moderate income families and for the revitalization of local business and business opportunites for the purpose of enhancing employment opportunities.
