Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation Inc

Arhc currently serves as sponsor for culpepper garden ii, inc., which is a congregate Retirement Housing facility for low-income elderly persons who are able to live independently, and culpepper garden iii, inc., which is a Retirement Housing facility that provides supportive services for low-income elderly persons. The culpepper garden projects (the projects) are regulated by the department of Housing and urban development (hud) as to rent charges and operating methods. The projects are located in Arlington, Virginia, and consist of 63 and 73 units, respectively. Arhc does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, religion, or national origin.
