Research programs:we continued our main research programs. We increased ourcoverage of Europe by adding more news sources. We continuedto add to our library and paid more attention to comparingwhat is available for free on the internet vs. what is forsale in terms of books and e books. We also expanded oursystem for monitoring social networks like Facebook andtwitter to see what key organizations and governments aredoing around the World. We expanded our monitoring of newsand public affairs smart phone apps. We also expanded ourcollection of chart and picture files for internal researchuse. We greatly expanded our research into finding relevantvideos on the internet and created more internal archives ofvideos on the environment and World history. We expanded ourresearch efforts in Europe and Latin America particularly inrelation to respect for environmental values among nativereligions.
