In 2024, Agur Foundations has investments of four direct loans to beneficiaries. They are Grace Counseling Center, Reign Church, Renovate Church, and Life Fellowship of Frederick. The Grace Counseling Center and Reign Church loans that were made for Tenant Improvements for their facilities. Life Fellowships loan was made to assist in increasing value of their church property they owned and the Renovate load was made for that congregation to purchase and repurpose their sanctuary.
