HTW's mission is to strengthen Health systems and improve the well-being of incarcerated and marginalized individuals be delivering equitable, evidence-driven care. We leverage innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and integrated electronic Health records, to expand access to HIV, TB and primary Health services; enhance clinical decision-making; and ensure continuity of care across facilities and communities. Through compassionate engagement, rigorous compliance, and strategic partnerships, we empower Health teams, advance human dignity and build sustainable pathways to healthier futures. At inception, HTW was the only NGO dedicated to providing care to the prison population.
