East market street development corporation (emsdc) is a nonprofit community development corporation dedicated to advancing economic and community development in East Greensboro, north carolina. As the area's lead economic and community development organization, emsdc works to expand economic opportunity and improve residents' quality of life through equitable revitalization initiatives.
