The Partnership's mission is to be the driving force to engage partners to achieve lasting positive outcomes for all Children, beginning at birth.the Partnership for Children of Cumberland County offers services to the early childhood community, including professionals, Children from birth to five years old, and their families. The quality and excellence demonstrated by the staff and external partners are still evident in the number of individuals, Children, and families benefiting from the Partnership's work.in total, the Partnership supported 5,779 adults and 20,043 Children across all programs and services. There are an estimated 28,688 Children 0-5 years old in Cumberland County, of which an estimated 66% were touched by a smart start program, and 70% were served through all Partnership programming.
