Four County Electric Care Trust Inc

The organization's exempt purpose is to accumulate funds through "operation round-up and disburse these funds for charitable purposes in bladen, columbus, duplin, onslow, pender, and sampson counties of north carolina. Operation round-up is a program through which residents of these counties elect to have their Four County Electric membership corporation utility bills rounded up to the next highest dollar. Disbursements are made for such essential needs as food, shelter, clothing, and health needs. Assistance is also made available in response to natural disasters.
