Advance the Economic Development and public welfare of the borough of Naugatuck, a municipal organized and existing under the state of connecticut by promoting and assisting the Development of business and industry for the borough of Naugatuck, including but not limited to by encouraging of public and private partnerships, coordinating of planning and Development, leveraging of resources, providing and developing leadership for Economic and Development activities, revitalizing downtown Naugatuck, providing technical support to local business, and other community Development activities.
