South Carolina State University Real Estate Foundation Inc

The foundation is organized to be operated exclusively for the benefit of the South Carolina State University specifically to acquire, construct, finance, pledge, improve, maintain, operate, manage, and lease (1) housing facilities for students and faculty of the University and (2) other real property for the sole benefit and support of the University, and for which the University would otherwise provide and maintain itself.
