Chester Development Association

To develop an economic strategy to guide and shape the local Chester county economy; promote and assist in the growth and Development of business and industry concerns, including small business within Chester county; and to engage in those activities which are in furtherance of, or related to, the purposes herein stated. The objective of the corporation shall be to benefit Chester county economically by fostering increased employment opportunities and by expansion of business and industry; thereby, lessening the burdens of government and combatting community deterioration.
