MAR Vista Farmers Market Association

This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the nonprofit public benefit corporation law for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of this corporation shall be to promote environmental, cultural, artistic, and educational events for the MAR Vista community, to promote the unique identity of and foster a sense of community in the MAR Vista community, to support local MAR Vista charities, and to carry on other charitable activities associated with this purpose as allowed by law.
