Bethel Housing Community Development, inc is a Georgia not-for-profit corporation that wasorganized to construct, own and operate a 98 unit apartment Community in albany, Georgia, known as Bethel Housing complex, pursuant to section 236 of the national Housing act, as amended. The corporation has executed a regulatory agreement with hud which governs the operation of the project with the federal Housing administration section of hud. The corporation has also entered into a Housing assistance payment contract with hud.
