Medlink Georgia is a federally qualified community health center in north east Georgia that serves over 69,000 patients. Medlink Georgia not only treats illness, but also provides preventive services to keep patients well. Medlink is a ncqa recognized patient center medical home that is focused on improving the health of our patients. Through our population health management, Medlink is dedicated to prevention and detecting illness early to minimize the effect on the lives of patients, in order to maximize our patients' ability to live healthier lives. In doing so, there is a decrease in costly specialty and inpatient care and reduction in the length of hospital stays. Such care is not only cost effective, but it also improves the quality of our patients' lives.
