Baptist Memorial Health Care foundation, inc.'s primary mission is to solicit and receive contributions, gifts, grants, devises, or bequests of real and/or personal property from individuals, foundations, partnerships, associations, governmental bodies, public and/or private corporations and to maintain, use, and apply, directly or indirectly, the whole or any part of the income therefrom and the principal thereof exclusively for the benefit of, or to carry out the purposes of the Baptist Memorial Health Care system.
