To unite the residence citizens and surrounding people as a Community to encourage citizen participation in improving and maintaining the physical appearance and infrastructure of the Community. To promote education and inspire leadership for service in the public and private sector. To encourage and develop financial resources which enhance the welfare and quality of life for the citizens of the Community. To be a United voice for the human services needed for a healthy, safe and peaceful existence of the citizens in the Community.
