To provide an industrial organization for consideration of questions and problems affecting the Forest Products industry in the state of Georgia. To provide a means by which the views and opinions of the Forest Products industry of the state of Georgia mahy be made known to the state and public officials. To cooperate with federal, state and local agencies of government on issues of general interest. To aid the industry in the preparation and presentation of information relating to its operations and objectives. To evaluate and provide informaton and comments on proposed actions under consideration by the regulatory community.
