The ymca of the Palm Beaches, inc. in harmony with y-usa, is dedicated to strengthening the community by improving the quality of life through programs and services which provide opportunities for people to reach their highest potential, develop a positive attitude of self and others, appreciate good health & fitness and acquire a Christian based value system so as to maintain a spiritual awareness that manifests itself in their daily lives.
