Coconut River Estates Civic Association Inc

The purpose of this association is to promote and advance the principles of Civic betterment by: a) providing the means for meeting and dealing with problems peculiar to the community b) providing the vehicle for the advancement of all common interests to the community, including the maintenance and preservation of common areas of the community c) instilling a pride in the community by upholding a high standard of Civic duty and obligation among its members d) providing a vehicle for expressing desires and opinions to elected and appointed government officials e) promoting awareness to all residents of the community of existing deed restrictions, imposed by the developer to safeguard the quality of life in the community
