Baker County Historical Society Inc

The purpose of the organization is to discover, salvage, document and preserve Historical sites, structures, paper, and artifacts pertinent to the area's heritage and to seek and secure funds and technical assistance to preserve and present the Historical items. In so doing, the organization has established and continues to build a continuing library of local and regional history and geneology. The organization also acts in an advisory capacity assisting local governments and agencies to educate the community on the importance of Historical preservation and knowledge.
